• Turnaround Time
  The standard turnaround time for UGC content creation is 2 weeks from the date of project confirmation. If you require urgent content creation, please inform me in advance. Note that expedited projects may incur additional charges due to the need for a faster turnaround.

• Exclusive Use
  The content created is exclusively for the brand's use on their social media pages. It will not be shared on my personal Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok channels without prior written consent from the brand.

• Revision Policy
  In case the brand is not satisfied with the edited content, up to two re-edits are allowed per video. This is to ensure that the final output aligns closely with the brand’s vision while maintaining a balance with my creative input.

• Cancellation Policy
  If the brand decides to discard the content after it has been created, I will not be liable for a re-shoot, and the full price for my time and services will still apply. To ensure alignment with the brand's vision, a detailed brief and clear KPIs are highly recommended at the start of the project.

• Payment Terms
  Payment terms will be 60% upfront non-refundable, remainder upon delivery. Late payments may incur additional charges.

• Usage Rights and Ownership
  The brand will have non-exclusive rights to the content. Ownership of the original content remains with me unless otherwise negotiated.

• Additional Services
  If the project scope extends beyond the agreed terms (e.g., additional shooting days, specific location requirements, extensive editing), these will be subject to additional charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of the additional work.

• Feedback and Communication
  Continuous communication is key to a successful project. Feedback at various stages of the project is appreciated and helps in aligning the final content with the brand's expectations.
